Suboxone Treatment
SUBOXONE (buprenorphine and naloxone) is a prescription medication used in the treatment of opioid use disorder. SUBOXONE comes as a film or tablet and is taken underneath the tongue. The goal of SUBOXONE treatment is to replace any current opioid(s) being misused with a safer and less addictive alternative. Over time, the amount of medication is gradually reduced until withdrawal symptoms are barely present upon discontinuation.

Sublocade (extended release buprenorphine) Injection
SUBLOCADE is a monthly injection of extended-release buprenorphine (key ingredient in Suboxone) used in the treatment of opioid use disorder. SUBLOCADE works by forming a solid mass that releases a steady supply of buprenorphine into the body. Service recipients must begin SUBLOCADE treatment by starting with an oral buprenorphine-containing product for a minimum of 7 days.
